Genuinely a nice place to live
October 3, 2020I lived in one of their townhouses for about six months with a few roommates. The townhouse was gorgeous and clean when we went to view it, and they kept up on maintenance thoroughly. Our neighbors were also pretty nice. They were extremely understanding when I needed to move out due to personal issues with my roommates, and thankfully they made sure I wasn't liable for anything when my former roommates moved out a few months after me.Property Manager Responded

Bluffs Apartments
August 6, 2015The Bluffs Apartments are an alright place to live. Ive lived in these apartments for eight years. It has a park that I really enjoyed as a child. As an adult the rent for the space is average but it seems to go up every year. The office workers arent great you gotta tell them things a few times before they listen. They took over a week to fix a hole in our ceiling from the neighbors tub leaking which let a mouse in. They are terrible at getting in to d their checks the tme they say they are ...going to. They mess up my mail all the time. I receive mail for people with my last name in the building but my actual mail gets returned as if i dont live here. There is a gym wit basic equipment 24 hr access which is nice. Overall the place is decent the rent is a bit higher than it should be.
