Flea infested, mold ridden, smoke filled Free for All apartments
July 23, 2019Advertised as "Smoke free" you will be breathing in nonstop cigarette smoke from your chain smoking neighbors, your furniture will reek of smoke in less than 3 days and good luck trying to keep the odor out of your apartment, let alone the cancerous fumes that come pouring through the walls and vents. Your walls will bleed brown liquid when you take a shower, most likely from the cigarette smoke that has built up over years. They claim to have fully prepped each apartment for new tenants, when ...almost nothing was done to prepare ours for our 1 year lease, vents were never removed for cleaning, merely painted over countless times. Currently our building is infested with fleas from an unknown source, most likely from the dog owner, when the lease agreement says there is a $300 fine for even having a pet in the building for even 1 minute. Mold grows like wildfire in our shower, and speaking to the building manager will leave you with headache and anxiety as she will scold you for any remarks you make regarding neglect of your apartment. They enforce nothing, which might sound good on paper, before you realize you live next to Janis Joplin and Bob Marley who smoke weed literally every single day and don't even bother to try to cover it up. You will need a metal detector to use on your carpet when you move in, so far we have discovered: - A rusty fish hook - Multiple rusty industrial staples - Countless screws Avoid these apartments if you have any choice, value your furniture/loved ones and your belongings.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 8, 2016Moved in six weeks ago and so far i haven't had any problems. I worked with Jessie and Bobbie Sue but both of them were very nice. Bobbie Sue was very accommodating, she came in early so i didn't have to miss work to sign my lease.Review from Apartments.com

January 5, 2016I lived here before. I moved only because my Dad had passed and needed to live with my Mom. They were really nice and let me out of my lease without charging me extra. I just couldn't get security back. I had kitties then. What the prob now?Review from Apartments.com

August 20, 2015Called and called and emailed The Bluffs so many times and finally got a call back after a week. The man I talked to was completely rude and ask me illegal questions. VERY angry someone trying to rent out apartments would treat a potential customer this way. Never will I ever consider looking at these apartments again.Review from Apartments.com
