WALK AWAY
March 7, 2024This complex is awful and they don’t care about residents. Multiple cars have been stolen lately and their response was to say nothing to residents. They didn’t make anyone aware. They hired “security” for a couple weeks, but it was just someone driving around the complex at random and they didn’t give the security people access to bathrooms or anything so they had to leave for breaks all the time- aka there was no security. They refuse to put up cameras either, despite the police recommending ...it! Inside the apartments, they claim to have updated them but they’re disgusting. Carpet smells like animals, walls are cracked, you can’t wash the walls because the pain literally comes off in flakes. The bathtubs are so unstable that they creak and move when you get in (even a kid!) and when we have complained about tiles falling off and mold being under them (despite regular cleaning) they just try to cover it up. AND they’re raising the rent significantly so it’s not even worth it! The maintenance is a joke and the office staff don’t care about residents. There are roaches everywhere inside and out (we lived here and paid for our own additional pest control because the complex pest control didn’t even come in our apartment) DO NOT LIVE HERE!!Property Manager Responded

Estos apartamentos son un ASCO, viví ahí durante 6 meses, desde el momento que me mudé habías cucarachas, hablé con ellos y los del pest control no hacían nada; luego se dañó algo en el baño me dañó toda la alfombra de la sala comedor y ellos no encontraban cómo arreglarlo entonces cuando me fui me quitaron todo el depósito cuando toda la penalidad fue de ellos por mala administraciónProperty Manager Responded

DON’T! Mice and Roaches will be your roommates.
August 22, 2019If you want to live with mice and roaches, by all means, go ahead. These apartments are extremely old and all the habitants of the nature around it have easy access into your unit. There are openings under the water heater and bathroom sink. The office knows that but won’t do anything about it. Also Rhonda, was never helpful with any of these situations and she always had an attitude when I told her MICE WERE RUNNING THROUGH MY APARTMENT. They also did not let me end my lease. DON’T DO IT!
January 26, 2019This place is absolutely horrible! My sister has lived here for two years and we have seen so many roaches. And the leasing office has done NOTHING about it. Even when she moved in: paint was thrown all over the place, the floors is cheap and coming up. The sink had hair coming out of it. As much as she pays in rent, it should have been nice and ready. But it wasn't! DO NOT MOVE HERE! The leasing office and maintenance crew are sorry. She is moving out still with a leaky faucet that she asked ...them to fix. Would NOT want to live anywhere else!
April 13, 2018I love being able to live in downtown Spartanburg literally near EVERYTHING! But it was hard to find a nice place to call home until I found The Bluffs! Savannah takes time to reach out to the community and make sure our issues/complaints are took care of. When I call up to the office Brittany is always a lovely person to talk to and makes my day! The maintenance men know exactly what they are doing and takes care of every issue that I have. April 13, 2018My fiancé and I toured with Britney and she was amazing! Quick answers to all of my questions in a way that I could easily understand, as we were first time home buyers, and she was super friendly. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. We are in love
April 8, 2018I just have to say, we toured with Brittany and she is absolutely phenomenal! Meeting us as soon as we got to the door! Very knowledgeable about the community, and her personality was so warm and inviting. The townhouse we saw was so cute and homey. The fire place is the perfect touch!! Great environment and friendly staff
April 6, 2018I stayed there 3 years and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff especially Savanah and Cory. My dog tore up half the house when she was a puppy but they were really nice and I paid to get it fixed and everytime I had a problem they were out there to fix it in a day or so. April 6, 2018I just moved here on a last minute acceptance of a job. The move was hectic, but they made everything a smooth transition. They were able to see me on the only day I was available in the area. They communicated everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. The office staff is great, and everything is well kept and clean. I’ve been here for a month, and I love it! My one bedroom unit is the perfect size for me. I love the fireplace in the living room. It really gives it a homey vibe. The ...screened in porch is a perfect way to enjoy rainy days. And the location is so very convenient to getting anywhere in the area.
