March 10, 2026Had a multitude of issues from the very beginning. There were multiple times we tried to go into the office for an appointment and no one was in there. We also called many times and no one answered. The employee who talked with us through the first steps of the process gave us a lot of wrong information or didn't not know the answers to our questions at all. The holding deposit does not go toward the general deposit, for example (then we had to budget for the apartment differently). We were not ...allowed to see the unit we applied for, put a large deposit down on, and were supposed to be moving into. This employee set up our move-in date as Memorial Day which they didn't know they weren't open that day. We asked this person multiple times if that was correct. I had to call 3 days before move-in day to ask for the proper-move in paperwork, to which no one answered. When they called me back, they not only told me that we were not allowed to move in on Monday because it was a holiday, but the unit we were supposed to be moving into would not be available for another 2 months. They luckily had another unit on the other side of the same building that was available at the time (or we would have been without a home). We agreed to move into that unit instead and again they did not even let us look at it beforehand. We also did not get our holding deposit back for the original unit considering that was the one in the contract we had already signed. We had to cancel our movers to move in on that Tuesday instead of Monday and get poor friends and family to help. They made us go through an entire thing of paperwork online there before they gave us the keys because they did not send us the paperwork beforehand. The internet inside the office building wasn't working for us to login and do the paperwork. No one there knew how to fix the internet. I had to use data off of my personal cell phone to get it done. The first time a package of mine went into the concierge system that I did not partake in, they had to open all of the lockers just to find it. This happened multiple times. This is also when I had to tell them they never gave me a fob for the mailroom/pool. We were here less than a month when the upstairs neighbor was blasting his music off his balcony. They knew this man was a problem and let us move in underneath him anyway. He eventually started to threaten us when we told him to be quiet, got arrested, and finally got evicted. September 15, 2025This apartment community couldpeaceful and beautiful, yet there are major plumbing issues, and extreme lack of respectable and approachable property management. It is very obvious that they are struggling internally with staffing and training staff to be kind, helpful, and resourceful, let alone acknowledging basic human respect. The energy here is quite hostile, unwelcoming and depressing. Had I known. The employees of the community would be so draining and flat out rude, I’d have never signed a ...lease and would most definitely never recommend this apartment complex to ANYONE, in fact I suggest the exact opposite for anyone looking for a new apartment home.Property Manager Responded

February 3, 2025Over all, if you need an apartment it’s great. Otherwise just be prepared that it’s not taken seriously as a property. You’ll be maintaining the snow and ice problem if your neighbors don’t. Along with get the updated apartment because moving into one that was not I was left in a disgusting and distasteful manner of plumbing leaking, molded shower heads, a running toilet, air leaks in the doors, and just poor care because “it’s not remodeled”.Property Manager Responded

October 23, 2024I submitted an emergency issue in a Saturday around 4 pm and maintained staff arrived an hour later. Inspection the sink and walls and went upstairs apartment to check if they found something there. They were very nice and professional trying to figure out the problem. I mentioned that I had reported months ago that the kitchen light was out for a couple of months and the bulb on the laundry room was out as well, the lady right away responded that she will replace them on Monday. On Monday I ...communicated her that I had forgotten to mention the bulb on the oven was not working either and she took care of it as well. When I came back from work I have all the lights working! I was so pleased at her job she is the best!!! I always see the maintenance staff early in the morning around 6 am working so I appreciate them.Property Manager Responded
