February 3, 2025Over all, if you need an apartment it’s great. Otherwise just be prepared that it’s not taken seriously as a property. You’ll be maintaining the snow and ice problem if your neighbors don’t. Along with get the updated apartment because moving into one that was not I was left in a disgusting and distasteful manner of plumbing leaking, molded shower heads, a running toilet, air leaks in the doors, and just poor care because “it’s not remodeled”.Property Manager Responded

October 23, 2024I submitted an emergency issue in a Saturday around 4 pm and maintained staff arrived an hour later. Inspection the sink and walls and went upstairs apartment to check if they found something there. They were very nice and professional trying to figure out the problem. I mentioned that I had reported months ago that the kitchen light was out for a couple of months and the bulb on the laundry room was out as well, the lady right away responded that she will replace them on Monday. On Monday I ...communicated her that I had forgotten to mention the bulb on the oven was not working either and she took care of it as well. When I came back from work I have all the lights working! I was so pleased at her job she is the best!!! I always see the maintenance staff early in the morning around 6 am working so I appreciate them.Property Manager Responded

August 1, 2024Good area and good location right in the middle of Castle Rock, but don't expect mail security in side the main building or at the boxes because the door barely latches and people don't get their packages so they can't be secured in the metal storage. Lack or maintenance for grounds, residents have had to shovel snow on their own to get to parking lots in the winter.
