    The Boardwalk Apartment Homes are seriously impressive. The whole place feels so high-end, and the location right on the river makes it even better. The studios are unlike anything else I’ve seen in the valley—spacious, modern, and just really well-designed. You can tell a lot of thought went into making this place feel luxurious but still comfortable. The staff is also super friendly and always helpful, which makes a big difference.     If you’re happy to pay an arm and a leg to live here then maybe it’s the place for you. While they say luxury they really mean expensive. They will charge you for ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING they can. Not only does it have so many rules that you feel you’re living in your parents home, but the parking here is a total joke. I could go on and on with reasons why not to move here. Management just sees you as a dollar sign.

    I recently sold my house and wanted to simplify my life by living on the river. I’m not disappointed, staff is polite, professional and communicative. The apartments themselves are nice, you never hear your neighbors, any noise from busy streets and everyone I’ve met is super friendly. Six weeks later, this move was the right choice.

  • Quality apartments!

    I recently moved in to the Boardwalk and it’s tough to complain! The access to the Greenbelt, nearby restaurants and breweries, and Quinn’s Pond is unreal. The ladies in the leasing office go above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction. The apartment and amenities are all brand new and modern. Construction is hardly audible once in the building, and any inconvenience caused by the construction is both outweighed and temporary. Definitely recommend leasing here.
