July 14, 2025This is one of the best and safest communities in the area. Location and staff support are second to none. I would strongly recommend. The only improvement area that I constantly have a suggestion is, the top floors get too hot and too cold during summers and winters respectively. Amazing Stay for an year
February 27, 2025Have lived here for an year now. The only reason I had to move out is, I have to commute to Seattle for work everyday, so decided to stay closer to the office. The apartment has good noise isolation, which made it easier to sleep. Maintennace is team is top notch, fixed any sort of issues I had within a day at most or in couple of hours. Did not really had any major issues throughout the stay. Can't thank Greg enough for being a great help from the day he has shown the apartments to the last day. ...Reyna has been an Amazing manger! Greg and Reyna makes this place a peaceful one to live. Lake Sammamish trial is near by which offers lots of peace and great views too. The best Apartments I have ever lived in in the last 4 years. February 4, 2025This is one of the best communities in Seattle area. The views are best, security is top notch and most importantly, friendly staff. The only reason for 4 and not 5-star rating is because of the lack of central air-conditioning especially for top floors. Top floors get either too cold in winter or too hot in summer.
