This is the worst place I have ever lived by far. This complex is OLD and they do not maintain it at all. The maintenance men are super nice and try to be as helpful as they can, but they only have TWO maintenance people for all of Jefferson Development Group’s properties in Louisville. I have had my AC freeze up every summer I’ve lived here and I’m currently dealing with a horrible cockroach infestation. They sprayed once, didn’t help, so I asked them to spray again and it took them 2 weeks to ...

get back to me. They sprayed a second time, still hasn’t helped. They promised they would spray weekly and haven’t been back. I’ve had issues with my downstairs neighbors for over a year- playing music so loud the floor shakes until 4 or 5am. Tiffany the leasing manager has never once responded to any of my emails in the 2 years i’ve lived in this complex. Avoid this place at all costs, it might seem worth it because of the price and the area but I promise it’s not.
