RUN AWAY
July 14, 2025As of July 2025 - rampant roach problem throughout the building. I’m talking falling from the ceiling and crawling out of cracks in the walls and floors. No ventilation and mold in many units including my own. Even if they fixed these major issues the walls are paper thin and the appliances break constantly. Still wouldn’t ever live here again.Review from Apartments.com

September 27, 2024For a few weeks, things were okay. After some time, we noticed a lot of flaws. For one, the walls are extremely thin to the point where you can hear conversations through the wall. Secondly, there are bugs specifically roaches that you see often at times. I considered breaking my lease and leaving. Our peace has been disrupted so many times over things that did not involve us. Also, there are many many car break ins that occur. I just wouldn’t live here, nobody stays here long at all. If you’re ...looking for a sign to turn away, this is it. Do not be fooled
July 4, 2024Do not allow the 4.9 Stars fool you into believing that this apartment complex is great . It is not great at all, I am a tenants of The Bosco, My husband and I was excited to move here until we started living here. There were non-stop roaches even with the pest control, Air conditioner leaks profusely and Someone still has not fixed it even after the numerous complaints, We have been charged for fixes and we were not the one who broke anything , it was the previous tenants. We feel it is very ...unfair , how we can be charged for so many fees and be giving courtesy to accommodate with us especially since we have a baby. Horrible
February 28, 2023As for now it has been 90 days and I have not received my security deposit back. I sent emails ..it takes weeks for anyone to even respond. When they do respond it is very dry and little to no information is provided. They claimed they had to check with the accounting department to make sure the check was not cashed. But yet never provided a date as to when they claimed a checked was ever mailed in the first place. Two weeks later I received an email with the same little to none information ...stating a check was not cashed ( bc it was never sent in the first place) and they would be issuing another check. That’s it that’s all no date was provided as to when to expect it or tracking information nothing. It has been 90 days !!!!!! The leasing agreement clearly states 45 days!
