Best Apartments in Santa Rosa for Sure!
March 3, 2021Been here for a while and really enjoy the community. The property is always well kept and the staff is always quick to fix anything broken or do any maintenance. The 3rd floor views are amazing and such a great way to wake up in the morning. I love that each unit has a 1 car garage and a parking spot in front. You definitely pay what you get for here and being in Fountaingrove also brings a level of comfort, peacefulness, and surrounded by nature. I highly recommend these apartments for anyone ...looking for a mellow place to live away from the crazy parts of Santa Rosa.Property Manager Responded

Brand new living space
August 21, 2015The complex is beautiful, but for the price the amenities definitely lack. The gym is very small. The pool and spa are small as well. Still even for the size of the community areas and apartments, they are very nice. I still don't believe the pricing fits what you get.Review from Apartments.com
