    I lived at The Boulevard for 4 years and truly miss it! The location is one of the biggest perks—so much is within walking distance, which made everyday life incredibly convenient. From grocery stores to coffee shops and restaurants, everything I needed was just a short stroll away. The apartments themselves are older, but they’re well maintained and have a lot of character. The management and maintenance teams were always responsive and took good care of the property. And the pool? Easily one ...
    of the best features—clean, spacious, and a great place to relax. I’m seriously considering moving back once my current lease is up. It’s hard to find that combination of location, comfort, and community. Highly recommend The Boulevard to anyone looking for a place that feels like home.

    I’ve lived at The BLVD for about 6+ years now and these are my thoughts: - Location: near downtown, grocery, restaurants and the highway. Solid. - Staff: Both the office and maintenance staff are friendly and approachable, as well as competent. We’ve always been able to come to a reasonable resolution when it comes to anything like billing, maintenance requests, community scenarios and amenity support. - Unit Style: I personally enjoy how these apartments are laid out. Each unit, while being ...
    part of a larger building, feels less constructive than high rise buildings. - Amenities: They’ve done a STELLAR job of maintaining the tennis court, and just put in a pickleball court next to the basketball court. 10/10. Really great work on the pool as well - new pool deck and concrete restoration around the pool. Gym is a little small but they have almost every machine you might need in there. No experience or complex is perfect, but to me, The BLVD has been an overall net positive. Check it out for yourself

    This apartment is very nice I got the 2 bedroom townhouse apartment in the back amd it'd amazing I have yhr best views especially on 4th of july it nice and quiet. Pet friendly witch is nice. I moved in it was clean and any problems I've had witch is rare they was meet with a quick response I love it here. Shopping is convenient and the school district is top tear for public schools me and my kids have enjoyed living here the pool is huge along with the other activities areas.

  • Much better than competition

    The rental rates are hard to beat. I found every amenity I could ask for, and done conveniences I hadn't dated to ask for, all for less than $1000 base rent. This location is very convenient, minutes from I-35, a grocery store literally right there, and minutes away from my favorite Kansas City points of interest. I haven't lived here yet, but I'm pumped to move in.

  • The apartment itself is great for me

    I have lived here for two years now and I just renewed my lease for another year. I love the layout of my unit and the close proximity to the highway, grocery stores, etc. The amenities are well kept and the maintenance crew is quick to resolve issues. My biggest complaint about this community is that nothing is done to keep dog owners responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. There are always multiple piles of dog waste within 8 feet from a pet waste trash can with complimentary pet waste ...
    bags for residents to use. As with every neighborhood, irresponsible members of the community make the nice green spaces less than ideal when you need to take your dog out, go for a walk, or when kids play outside.

    The apartments themselves, while great, still have normal issues as expected for buildings of their age. But the maintenance team does an excellent job of resolving issues and repairing/replacing things when needed. The office team is kind and helpful - you can tell that good service is a priority. To my knowledge and from our experience, we've gained an asset with the new property manager, as she's gone above and beyond in making sure our biggest issues were taken care of and taken care of ...
    well. We've lived here for going on six years, and while it's been mostly for financial reasons of not being able to go anywhere else, I can honestly say that it's still been a choice to stay, because the good outweighs the bad. My personal opinion - it's not a negative to be truthful about the problems, but it definitely speaks volumes when the staff as a whole work hard to make sure the residents are not only happy to live here but *want* to live here. And I think that's being accomplished.
