About The Boundary at West End

The Boundary at West End is the premiere off-campus housing destination for students of East Carolina University and Pitt Community College in Greenville, North Carolina. We offer fully-furnished studio, 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments, all with private bedrooms and private bathrooms. Each pet-friendly apartment includes a custom, modern furniture package, upgraded cabinets, plank wood flooring, and a full-size stackable washer and dryer. Acoustamats are installed under each floor and behind the walls to decrease sound that might be coming from a roommate or neighbor. When you're not on campus, you'll love spending time in our fitness center, resort-style pool with a swim up bar and tanning shelf, hammock garden, and active courtyard with a cornhole court, fire pit, picnic tables and grills.

Genuinely one of the worst apartments that I have ever stayed at in my life. Mice coming through at every hole, mold in the dishwasher, no AC for weeks at a time. There is no security at all considering every door that is supposed to be locked is somehow open, and the gate in the parking deck stays open 24/7. Management is not any better. They do not communicate whatsoever and frankly, will ignore you. I would never and will never recommend this apartment to anyone.

I feel like the apartment itself is great. I really like my roommate and the security I feel. However, I feel as if outside my apartment is a different story. I have neighbors who are way too loud. There is always a mess in the halls such as drinks people spill or vomit from a patron. I feel like the gym is not as clean as I would like. I also feel like it took a long time to get the third floor door coming into the complex repaired. Anyone could walk in. I did not like that it took so ...

From the outside, it's a really nice apartment and in a really good location. But, for what we have to pay every month, I might as well live anywhere else to have a better experience and save money.

I absolutely love living here. The location is great, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be my upstairs neighbors. We have made multiple calls about how loud they are. We understand this is student living and its not going to be peace and quiet all the time but, it gets a little out of hand. Curtesy officers do respond to our calls though which is very much apricated.

I thought this was going to be a great place to live, but it has truly been horrible. The only good thing about this is that it is so close to campus. The staff does not care about you or your needs/requests and dont seem to want to help in any situation, maintenance takes forever, very poorly built and insulated as I can hear everything in the surrounding apartments, even people coughing. They are horrible at matching you with roommates too. It is not clean at all. Too expensive for such a bad ...

Location, location, location! This apartment complex is located steps away from ECU's campus and equally as close to down town, which is great for night life! Their staff is upbeat and always extremely helpful going above and beyond to ensure the experience was amazing. Being that it is a new construction not all the amenities we're going to be available upon move in date, so they're giving all residents a $100 gift card to make up for it!
