September 23, 2015As a family with a baby this is a great place to live. The view is INCREDIBLE and the building is kept spotless and clean. Little to no noise and parking which is hard to come by in NYC. The laundry in the building is super affordable. You can wash and dry for 3 loads for under 8! Just a great place.
