I lived here for almost 4 years this is a very very clean and well kept Apt, property Management is well organized, no loitering, no noises, no Hanging out on property, I would recommend this property to any one seeking a decent place to live, plus the rental cost is affordable,

As a family with a baby this is a great place to live. The view is INCREDIBLE and the building is kept spotless and clean. Little to no noise and parking which is hard to come by in NYC. The laundry in the building is super affordable. You can wash and dry for 3 loads for under 8! Just a great place. We love it.
