Crappy
January 2, 2020These apartments are overpriced and nasty. There's dead mice in the halls and dead rats by the garbage. They have tenants smoking pot in the stairwells that set off the fire alarms and they do nothing about it. When they finally get around to exterminating, they use vendors that use products that are dangerous to pets instead of vendors that use pet safe products. The office staff, especially Ken, takes tenant complaints and then does absolutely nothing about them. Their website has been down for ...days. I told him. He's done nothing and that's how I pay rent. They sent another vendor in that made a huge mess and actually locked the door to the closet my cat's litter boxes are in so she couldn't get in. They have no respect for the tenants who pay their ridiculously high rents. You can do so much better than here. Stay away.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Beware
July 3, 2017I used to live at flats at 22. 3 months after I moved out, I became a victim of identity theft. Some identity thieves have been using my info to apply for credit cards and bank accounts. They have all my info including the place that I worked for. the only way that I can imagine how they would have got a hold of my info is someone from the leasing office has probably sold my info. Beware of living here. The identity thief is using my old address at flats at 22. It amazed me as to what kind of ...people they attract. I am still trying to resolve the identity theft and its very frustrating.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
