This complex is located very conveniently with direct access to dozens of restaurants on Federal Hill's famous Atwells Avenue, and also all of the business of Downtown Providence.
During my year here, the building was very clean and well maintained throughout the duration. The parking lot is under 24 hour surveillance just 15 feet from the building entrance. The finishes are good quality, and all appliances within my unit functioned properly.
Landlord is also very responsive and accommodating ...
to requests and questions. Other tenants were very quiet and respectful of the premises. Never had an issue with noise or any related disruption.
I had to move out due to unrelated reasons, and my full security deposit was returned in a timely manner after a thorough walkthrough with the landlord.
I HIGHLY recommend this property to any and all young professionals looking for a home in Providence!

I lived here since August 2023 and I had a great experience. I have made so many friends and acquaintances in the building and everyone was friendly. The apartments keep you cozy and warm in harsh New England weather. The landlord was very helpful with the maintenance and they helped me a lot during my lease. Unfortunately I had to end my lease earlier but they showed understanding and found a new tenant. It’s so sad I had to leave but overall it was beautiful. I hope you will enjoy your stay.

I lived here for a year and wish I could have stayed longer!
If you like living in an urban setting, close to restaurants and bars and fun city events - this is the perfect place for you.
The building is quiet, well maintained and cared for, and management is very attentive and responsive (they even offered to water my plants when I was traveling!). I had to end my lease early and move across the country and they worked with me to find a new tenant and gave me back all of my deposit with no ...

I Loved this place!
The apartment building is located on a main street filled with different types of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. There is a pharmacy and supermarket close by.
The apartment building is very clean with a modern decor, security cameras inside common areas and outside. There is also a parking lot, elevator and a quaint little park right outside the door where I used to play with my dog. It’s within walking distance from the Providence mall and one block away from the ...
highway(95). There is public transportation and the commuter rail is close. You don’t need a car if you live here.
My apartment had high ceilings, hard wood floors, newer appliances, walk-in closet, large windows, washer/dryer, and more.
When I first moved in, I met the owner. She came and introduced herself to me and made sure that any issue that I had was immediately addressed.
I had an opportunity out of state, and I had to move before my lease was up. The owner was wonderful. She found a new tenant and released me early, with no problems.
Best of all, the building is family owned and she treated me like family. That made me feel good, since my family was so far away.
If you are looking for a place that is safe, clean, quiet and close to everything, you found it.
This is definitely a must see!

This is a solid place to live if you're looking to be near the action of Downtown Providence in an apartment that is modern. Thankfully utility bills here are reasonable since the place is newer / remodeled in this century. There's plenty to do nearby, and great food options on Atwells. The landlords are hands off and fairly receptive if you need anything. The apartment itself is also solid, and the appliances, shower, etc... are fairly new.
