If I could give no stars, I wholeheartedly would. This apartment complex used to be called Appletree Apartments. They were recently sold and came under new management and ownership. First. The reviews on their website are for the old owners and management. They are lying by acting as if they are for them. I know at least one of the review writers personally and they would not agree with giving the review to the new apartment. Second, all communication that took place with switching over ownership
...was horrible. We had been living in our complex for over three years when we were told they would not be renewing any leases. When we tried to get any information, we would have to fight to hear back about anything and we could never get a hold of who we needed to actually speak to. They went through periods of time where we had no management and no one to contact. We would go at least a week without having someone to contact. Most recently, we have been dealing with them not getting us, along with several others (we have yet to find someone who has received the funds from their refund), who have had their deposit refund checks bounce. This has not only caused us to lose our money, but also charged us fees that we should never have had to pay. I would also warn you that the pictures that have posted look just like when we moved out. If they did renovations, they have not taken pictures to accurately show them. Please be very cautious of renting from them. We moved out by April 30, 2022. It is now June 20, 2022 and we are still fighting to get our money back. We should have legally had it in our accounts by May 30, 2022.
