Beautiful, quiet, and well-maintained
February 19, 2025The Brennan is a lovely newer building that is very well managed. The property manager is on-site, helpful, and very responsive. The Brennan is situated on the west side with quick and easy access to so many restaurants, shops, and businesses. This is a pet friendly building, and there are pleasant neighborhoods on either side of University Ave. in which to walk your pet, including a short walk down to Lake Mendota.Review from Apartments.com
