The plumbing is the worse ever,security cameras do not work ,there is no outdoor grill Theres roaches and bed buds in some apartments, parking is a nightmare ,it just seems like owners dont want fix anything .

Apartment common areas are always properly maintained; This is a kid friendly apartment complex with many kids playing regularly outdoors; Maintenance problems are resolved quickly and efficiently; management is not at all overbearing.
