Beautiful Location. Excellent Interior.
June 30, 2019We've love the Brinkley. My wife and I found the apartment bigger and brighter than expected. Everything is well maintained, and when we had small maintenance issues, we submit them through the EZR portal and they were dealt with promptly. We love the short walk to Crosstown, Overton Park, and Eclectic cafe. We're moving out because we bought a home, but wish we had found this rental sooner. It's a quite, clean, spot. There aren't pictures of the bricked in porch online, but it's nice with ...screened windows on both sides that open. It's also bigger than expected (6tf deep, 11ft wide). Also, we have more storage here than we had at our prior 2 bedroom apartment, which has helped us keep a tidy apartment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
