Loved My Visit – Can’t Wait to Move In!
October 7, 2025I recently toured this community and was really impressed! The hallways are wide and spacious, which will make moving in so much easier. Everything was spotless and smelled amazing throughout the building. I also loved the layout with the different courtyards — it gives the property such a nice, open feel. The dog park is huge, which is perfect for my pup! The office staff was super friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. November 11, 2024I wish there was an app to access the doors, elevators, and gates. It makes it difficult to allow guests to access the property. October 15, 2024Not happy with how things are ALWAYS broken. Elevators, Chute door, gates, fountain in the courtyard. The shady people moving in here. It used to be much nicer.Property Manager Responded

September 15, 2024So far I have loved living at Pearl Midlane! All my neighbors are so kind and friendly, and I feel safe and a part of the community here. The maintenance team are quick in response to requests. Considering the location, too, you can't beat living here!Property Manager Responded

September 9, 2024I'm deeply saddened to learn that the exceptionally friendly housekeeper has left. During Hurricane Beryl, when everyone was struggling to get access to water, he went above and beyond. He personally ran a hose from the first floor to the second-floor patio, ensuring everyone could access fresh water. Despite the lack of any communication from the management team, he took it upon himself to inform us as we gathered by the pool, asking us to spread the word. He truly was a hero in that moment. On ...a separate note, during the freeze of 2021, the previous management team at least provided us with buckets to collect water from the swimming pool. Unfortunately, during Hurricane Beryl, there was no such support or action taken.Property Manager Responded
