Overall great experience at Loudoun Heights.
October 24, 2022Overall great experience at Loudoun Heights. Only complaint I have is that some owners are lazy and do not clean up after their dogs. Maintenance guys are the best. Respectful, kind and always fixing the issue within 24 hours, even on Sunday.Property Manager Responded

Terrible experience with staff and management
October 14, 2022I am a former resident of 4 years. Every 12 months a new lease was signed, never received any new updates, new carpet (not even cleaned), or fresh paint. At move out I was charged over 2,000 for carpet cleaning and paint which is ridiculous. This was done to keep my security deposit. Don't let staff /management fool you, they are all about money and will do whatever to get it out of you and your family.Property Manager Responded

A WONDERFUL PLACE TO CALL HOME
January 19, 2021Loudoun Heights Apartments is a wonderful place to call home. The front office staff is always friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is quick to respond and does a great job. Great place for your kids
December 4, 2019Tons of good to mention. Trash collection in a regular and clean hygiene manner. Pet play area. Clean up station . Kids play area . Tennis court. Open trail walk. Swimming pool with separate toddler kids area. Indoor gym fitness 24hrs. And great stuff member with wonderful neighbour's. I am here for last 5 yrs without any trouble.
