April 3, 2025Very quiet, not busy at all. Cute apartments. Could use a little upgrading and faster maintenance. So far satisfied. No through traffic makes it’s safer. Parking is well lit. The small dog park needs tending to. However I believe it’s just other tenants not picking up after their fur baby’s. Office manager is extremely nice but hard to get ahold of. March 12, 2025I really enjoy living here at the Brooks. The Brooks is located around many stores. I can walk to get groceries, or pick up my medicine from Walmart, I walk my dog to the groomers and vet hospital, and I can walk to my doctor's office, or to a restaurant. Thanks to the new property manager, it's so quiet over here now. My son is doing a good job as a groundskeeper to keep the property clean. He will even go late at night to check the dumpster area.
