February 16, 2026Please confirm someone is a resident before allowing them to do anything to someone’s unit…this whole incident is super creepy and not the first time some guy here at the brook used the leasing office to try to get to me. Is there no resident safety?Property Manager Responded

January 4, 2026The units over here are older and need a makeover inside and outside based on the amount of rent we are paying . I like the location of the apartments, I can walk to shop, or to my job. Public transportation is available. It’s pretty quiet over here, now that the last manager got rid of the bad people that were living here.Property Manager Responded

September 10, 2025Neighborhood is pretty good. It’s relatively quiet. People do throw trash on the ground. The pool wasn’t open this year or the gym. The maintenance staff are very quick and do a good job when something goes wrongReview from Apartments.com

May 16, 2025No gym no pool no amenities…they charge a ton for rent and rent increases are HIGH…makes no sense. These aren’t luxury apartments. They shouldn’t charge more than 1kProperty Manager Responded

May 12, 2025I moved on this property 8 months ago. And I really love this property. Management and the Maintenance team is very friendly and very professional. April 3, 2025Very quiet, not busy at all. Cute apartments. Could use a little upgrading and faster maintenance. So far satisfied. No through traffic makes it’s safer. Parking is well lit. The small dog park needs tending to. However I believe it’s just other tenants not picking up after their fur baby’s. Office manager is extremely nice but hard to get ahold of. I think she is just busy. They are older apartments but nice for the age.Property Manager Responded
