      I enjoy living at the Brook. My apartment is very nice and I love the trees and the landscape. The pool and the gym are great. The management and the maintenance crew are the best we have had. It is convenient to stores and I feel safe going out at night by myself. Greystar is a very good property manager, and I appreciate that.

      I just signed my 14th lease at the Brook, and I can finally say I feel peaceful in my home. We have had some rough years with management. The new management company Greystar, the complex management team, and the maintenance team are the best we have ever had. What a difference that makes. Our pool is open this year, and the leasing office and gym have also been renovated. It is a nice property, and I love my 2-bedroom apartment. I can recommend the Brook as a very nice place to live.

      Please confirm someone is a resident before allowing them to do anything to someone’s unit…this whole incident is super creepy and not the first time some guy here at the brook used the leasing office to try to get to me. Is there no resident safety?

      The units over here are older and need a makeover inside and outside based on the amount of rent we are paying . I like the location of the apartments, I can walk to shop, or to my job. Public transportation is available. It’s pretty quiet over here, now that the last manager got rid of the bad people that were living here.

      Neighborhood is pretty good. It’s relatively quiet. People do throw trash on the ground. The pool wasn’t open this year or the gym. The maintenance staff are very quick and do a good job when something goes wrong
