Almost 10 years and don't plan on leaving. We retired and sold our house and can truly say it was the right move. Staff and maintenance couldn't be more helpful. The only problem is the garage door which is broken and is waiting for parts. After owning a home for 33 years we are aware of the problems that are out of our hands. This is a lovely place to live!

We have had a maintenance ticket open for 3 months. We miss Laura from leasing she was great. Things were different. We miss all the fun events she planned and how she made the community feel like a home. There are people we talk to in the residence that can also feel the difference since she left. Please bring Laura back and Ryan from maintenance. He was also great knew what he was doing and promptly triaged tickets.

The premises is well maintained by management overall; communication is fluid regarding upcoming projects, events etc. My overall score would have been a 5, had it not been for the occasional poor upkeep by residents due to not picking up after their pets. Overall, I would recommend this community??
