July 2, 2025Great apartment complex option in the Charlotte area. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful with anything you may need. The complex is kept very clean (to the best of the managements ability). You obviously have some neighbors that don’t keep up with cleanliness, but that’s everywhere. I’ve lived here 3 years and had a pleasant experience. Parking is limited, if you get home later you might not get a spot. Amenities are decently maintained, although you do have to pay $150 amenity fee every ...lease. Rent prices need to come down though with all the new complexes being built in the area in order to be competitive. June 17, 2025Amazing apartment community located near uptown! The apartment interiors, finishings, and location are pros. The only con I would say is the limited number of parking spots available but still it’s a very good community with ample guest parking!Property Manager Responded

June 6, 2025I really like the building, amenities and the management team. The only issues I've seen so far are with a few residents who are disrespectul with two things: yelling in their balconies when having fights with others on the phone. And other that don't pick up after their pets at the doggie park area. Some leave dog bags with poops in the hallways and by the main entrance.Property Manager Responded

April 25, 2025Great community! safe, clean and charming— classy features inside the apartments. the office staff is the best! They all very sweet and caring! The maintenance team is kind and friendly. They are very helpful. I really like the city views. I also love the green all around. The location is also strategic. It is so close to Uptown. One mile or so. I prefer to be here, have all the green around, and the views, than live in uptown and pay higher prices for smaller units.
