The complex is kept very clean (to the best of the managements ability). You obviously have some neighbors that don’t keep up with cleanliness, but that’s everywhere. I’ve lived here 3 years and had a pleasant experience. Parking is limited, if you get home later you might not get a spot. Amenities are decently maintained, although you do have to pay $150 amenity fee every ...lease. Rent prices need to come down though with all the new complexes being built in the area in order to be competitive. The only issues I've seen so far are with a few residents who are disrespectul with two things: yelling in their balconies when having fights with others on the phone. And other that don't pick up after their pets at the doggie park area. Some leave dog bags with poops in the hallways and by the main entrance.Property Manager Responded
