December 26, 2025The apartment is spacious but was not ready for occupancy when I moved in. To date (5 months later) several items remain incomplete. I’m charged for a fireplace that cannot be used because it sets off the fire alarms - it doesn’t have an area for the smoke to escape but inside the apt. The floor have glue underneath the planks that has not dried and spill outside when walked in which makes the floor sticky. It’s just issue after issue!Review from Apartments.com

July 11, 2025I was excited about moving to NC and The Bryce apts based on the apt that was staged and shown. My application process was tedious and expensive and, intrusive. The move in process was horrible including being informed that the original apt was changed but I wasn’t informed until the morning of move in. The price was increased and my furniture was sent to the old apt and never received because of this mishap. The apt is in need of repair for the money but calling the office ?or emailing) you ...barely can reach someone. The “locked” gates are always open - so this was a lie. All in all, this was a mistake. I moved my elderly parents down for a change of life and now we’re all unhappy! Do better!Property Manager Responded
