I think it is a better apartment than most we first looked at. I like the large streets and openness of the area. It was much quieter than we fingered it would be. I guess we got lucky with the quality of our neighbors. The layout and size of our apartment was nice. The carpet was worn out when we moved in. The maintenance, painting, wall repairs, etc. are not very good quality workmanship. Caulking is poorly done and paint is on the floor and counter edges. However, other than that, it was okay ...
and better than some apartments we looked at.
