Peaceful Place to Live
July 30, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comI enjoyed living here for many years. I never had a problem with parking and neither will you. The pool was always clean. The upgraded laundry room is much better than other apartment complex. It allows you to pay with an app. As well as cash. The neighbors were very friendly. Landlord Michelle is always very sweet and welcoming and very detailed with any help that you may need. The maintenance guy Miguel takes his job seriously and always wants to make sure everything looks perfect and he’s ...always very positive when you ask for assistance. I really enjoyed that. Fast service with both of them. You got parks, school, plenty of shopping centers nearby including a gym. They are pet friendly as well. Never had a problem with loud music or parties going on in the middle of the night. People are very respectful of the pool and overall is just a very positive living experience. I highly recommend them.Read More
Perfect Community/Neighbors
July 30, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve lived here for over five year now. Staff was awesome. Never had a problem with them. Michelle and Miguel are reliable staff!! They were very accommodating and very quick in returning my calls or any concerns I had. The neighbors are always cool here. No drama. Never loud music, very chill feeling. They are very pet friendly and everybody seems to keep an eye out for each other. Apartment Community located near a gym shopping center and movie theater. Worth it!!
Horrible Laundry Room
December 19, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comThey never clean it, and the machines do not work. Plus they wanna increase the price of washing every other month!!
