Management Sucks

This is our 3rd management company since the month of January. We were previously with Marwaha Real Estate, then Peak Property Management and now we are with Petersburg Property Management. The communication absolutely sucks, and management is terrible. It should not be as difficult to get in contact with someone, especially when they have a text option.

my lease, and if there is anything about a transfer fee, I would be responsible for that OR I can just wait until my lease is ending and begin my new lease in the new apartment. Cool. Lease is getting closer to the deadline so now I am interested in touring the units, I called and was told that it was dependent on a co-workers schedule and that all of the doors do not have a code for touring due to them still being in the transition process.
Let’s forward, nobody ever reached back out. However, I get a message saying that my lease renewal is missing a signature and if I don’t sign it by the deadline, then it will be a 150% rent increase because I will be considered month-to-month. I inquired about where the previous conversation left off regarding the tours. Now I am told that they are currently not doing transfers at this time, they have to check with the management team and keep me updated.
I have called over 50x, no one. I have texted for an update, no answer. However, they think it’s fair for me to sign a renewal and I can’t even get my questions answered. This is absolutely ridiculous.
