    Llevamos dos meses en Cortland y nos hemos sentido muy muy felices, recuerdo cuando vinimos por primera vez al sector de las colinas y justo llegamos a este conjunto, luego fuimos a mirar otros conjuntos pero nuestro corazón se inclinaba por Cortland, tanto así que ya nada nos gusto más.

    Sometimes when you move in community management does not explain all the things and that caused lots of penalties for residents. When you go in office management team always busy and sometimes you will not get answer you need . Also roaches are coming in apartment from large sink holes but management is not aware. Roaches problems they need to fix immediately but for us that problem solution to resolve took 3 months .

    Nice place to live, great staff, very nice amenities….the staff has been very accommodating since day one. Nice place to live, lots to do. My sons came in from Atlanta and had nothing to say but good things about the building and surrounding area. It bought back a lot of memories for us both from me working in this area about 38 years ago. Love the neighborhood, Cortland and staff! Hats off to all!????????

    Location works! Covered parking is great! Rest of the negative google reviews about the fire alarms, the elevator not functioning are all true!

    The team at Courtland Las Colinas has done an excellent jog since day one. Great team, I have no complaints regarding the team however I do have a complaint about the door to door trash pickup. They drop debris down the hallway when picking up the trash. Apparently it’s from someone’s loose trash. I tie my trash tight so nothing can come out, others should do the same. If it’s too full start another bag.

    Best place to call home. We have been living here almost 4yrs now and had never felt like looking for different apartment or leaving this place. Our apartment is facing towards the lake view and we enjoy our summers mostly in patio. Security of the apartment is a great thing we need to talk. Never heard of any suspicious things/person entering into premises. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for nice apartment with all amenties.
