Roach Infested Apartments & Very Poor Management!!!

This property is very unsanitary! the apartments are infested with roaches and management does nothing to eliminate this situation. They try to charge you for damages that exist at the apartment prior to move in even with evidence to support your claim. Stay away from this property, believe me when I tell you it will be a nightmare!!!

During my stay at this apartment complex, I had many regrettable experiences due to the lack of safety measures or basic hygiene. The building and apartments are in disrepair, with broken windows, mold, and doors that don't shut correctly. The absence of management throughout my lease made me feel neglected, and I had concerns about my safety. The parking lot was dimly lit, which increased my anxiety about the possibility of a break-in. I wouldn't advise anyone to rent here, particularly if they ...

Love the 2x2 1/2 set up. The common area is super spacious for friends & family to come and hangout for game days. It’s close to a shopping plaza so I don’t have to go far to do my grocery shopping.
