      Great Complex

      Lived here with my Wife and newborn for 15 months, and it's safe to say we had very little issues during our stay. The maintenance staff did a great job responding to requests almost immediately, and the amenities were excellent. The only small issue I had with the actual complex was the thin walls, which are likely not properly insulated. Thankfully we never had noisy neighbors! Would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a decently priced apartment in Grapevine. P.S. Make sure you read ...
