The maintenance team jumps on requests fast, and the move in process was smooth due friendly front desk staff. our two emotional support animals approved. Luckily I have a patient health care provider who was willing to partner with us. Not to mention the app was wonky and wouldn't allow us to upload documents. That nightmare had little to nothing to do with the Caruth as they are simply a service provider. It all worked itself out in the end which is great and there hasn't been any issues since.

Amenities are lacking. There are dead trees everywhere. A huge branch fell in a parking spot where I had my truck parked. No trees are ever trimmed at the pool.
