May 6, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comNO parking, NO elevator, COCkROACHES -Yes, HOT water -no, willing to fix anything -absolutely not. Have been ignored for months, had to file a complaint with the city of Duluth twice. Save yourself stay away!!
