Terrible experience. Management was not willing to accommodate, whatsoever. Because we got such a bad feeling about this place during the application process, and their "Welcome Home Letter" stated our deposit would be refunded, we decided to go elsewhere. Unfortunately, due to very sub-par business practices at Westdale Management, they decided it was their right to withhold our deposit, anyway. Despite creating confusion with potential renters, they clung to our deposit and handled the process
...with the utmost lack of professionalism.
Case Building seems fairly nice at first glance, but there is a very obvious reason this community continues to struggle to find tenants to the point of offering free drinks just for a tour. I would steer VERY clear of this place. If that isn't enough to deter you from coming here, look at the crime rate of this area.
I REALLY wanted to like this place at first. We were so excited to check it out, but the experience was so disappointing and such a letdown. As far as the building itself, some nice features, but shared walls with built-in speakers mean there will be noise issues, this is straight from the mouth of the Case leasing agent who showed us around.
