Our New Manager Ms. Rita is a very concern manager about the tenants. I have lived here for a very long time. she is a new manager so don' mistake her for other managers. I was dealing with a very difficult problem with my apartment she has been working to get it resolved and has done a great job so that I can live undisturbed. I live here in Building 2 on this property. 7/21/2025.

Excellent maintenance team. Great location for Metro bus and Redline. Easy access to North-line Shopping Center. Within walking distance to grocery store. Been here since 2005 see no reason to leave.
