It’s fine - rent is too high for the amenities (often out of service) and indifferent upkeep (trash in halls, etc.). It was what I needed at the time, but I won’t renew.

They get things done right away. When I need to put in a service request or something is not working they come right when I need it, they even fixed the air conditioning right away before I asked.

No cameras outside for security. Tenants don’t care about the rules like the fact it is a non-smoking premises. Tenants park in reserved spots that aren’t theirs because the towing company is never called properly or promptly. Too expensive to be doing nothing with all the money they get.

When moving back to apartment living, I was concerned that it would be noisy. I've been pleasantly surprised at how quiet it is here at The Catherine Apartments in Roswell. The community feels peaceful, and I rarely hear neighbors, which makes it easy to relax at home. The property is well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. Feel safe. Everyone is friendly and young! Wish we had pickleball courts and car wash and dog wash stations. Lastly parking is an issue especially when work of some kind is taking spaces No elevator was a real issue when suddenly I required hip surgery. I am surprised the City of Roswell allowed this

The office staff was so kind and helpful through the application process. The property is so beautiful and well maintained. The dog park is a plus as is the workout room.
