internet/cable are the only utilities you'll pay, but that seems standard for apartments in the area. Heat is gas-forced air, so don't worry about the electric bill in the winter! Also, the insulation in this place is fantastic, so you won't have to run the AC or heat for very long to get the apartment to the temperature you want. Being a single person, I don't have a lot of items in my apartment, but I can say that the extra space is fantastic to have. The kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances which have worked really well so far. The washer and dryer provided in the unit aren't the highest quality, but they'll work well enough for apartment living. Noise from neighbors is almost nonexistent. I've heard my upstairs neighbor a few times, but haven't heard a peep from the ones living next to me. As an added bonus, The Cedars II comes with a small fitness room in case you don't want to make the trek across the street to the Family Wellness gym. The apartment is in the lovely area of South Fargo. Being on the corner of the main roads here is great as you can easily get anywhere you want. Grocery stores are close by, there are fast food places down the street. Overall, the apartment is fantastic and I look forward to staying here for a long time!

The size of the pantry space is simply unbelievable - you could fit a bed inside this thing. Each unit also features a full walkout patio with a standard door instead of a sliding patio door, which is a nice touch and makes the unit feel more like a home versus a cookie-cutter apartment. Also setting these units apart from most other options in the area is the inclusion of central air. Each unit has a small room, to which the tenant doesn't have or really need access, that houses their personal central air unit. Yes, there's more. A full-sized washer and dryer are provided for each unit in a dedicated laundry room. There's an elevator which I can say from personal experience was a life-saver when moving in -- I was able to fit a queen-sized mattress without issue. Both buildings also feature keyless entry in the form of a personal security code, and when visitors buzz your apartment, there's no blaring speaker or Door button console in your apartment. Instead, your cell phone will ring and you can grant them access that way. You're still not sold? Check this out. There's a full-size workout room on the first floor, complete with a wall of mirrors for dance classes and other group workouts, multiple weight machines, and a full rack of dumbbells spanning all weights. It has the look of a professional workout facility, and is open to all tenants. No more costly gym membership - just go downstairs, or down the hall!
