There has been an ongoing pest control issue, stray cats, unauthorized vehicles parked wherever whenever, poor sanitation, severely poor sanitation in spa areas/pool, trespassers at night, and lack of security. October 31, 2025In the more than 11 years I have lived in this apartment, I have never once paid my rent late. I never made any noise. During my life, here were many rats and cockroaches. There were also molds in the house. Nevertheless, I lived quietly without complaining. Anyway, even if I talked to them, they wouldn't fix it and they wouldn't come as promised, so I just endured it and endured it and lived like that. At least this time, I raised issues such as water leaking from the pipes or the closet door ...not opening easily, but even those were not properly fixed. October 31, 2025If I could give zero stars, I would. Living at The Chadwick has been an absolute nightmare. The place has become a rundown mess, infested with roaches that management refuses to address properly. No matter how much you clean, they keep coming. On top of that, package theft is rampant, and nothing is being done about it. Expect your deliveries to mysteriously disappear, and don’t count on management to care. The security here is a joke—car vandalism and break-ins happen regularly, and residents ...are left to deal with the damages on their own. This community has completely gone downhill, turning into a dangerous and unlivable environment. If you value your peace of mind, your belongings, and your personal safety, DO NOT move here.
