    Worst management ever. I would give negative stars if I could. Management never replies when I email them, they never update our information that we call in about multiple times, staff doesn't even know their own office hours, elevators and laundry machines are constantly out of order, multiple thefts to our unit and my car in the garage during our stay, roach infestation, I could go on and on and on, but basically, don't even consider living here.

    There was some good improvements after they change management..Big change was the parcel now more organized not being left in the ground anymore.Plus they are changing access to an app based entrance and exit which is more secured.Great improvements

    Scratched my toilet everywhere and won’t replace the job they did. Fixed but left it looking terrible. Also the company desperately needs to hire more maintenance workers, all our residents are waiting weeks to MONTHS for an order. You also never call us back when we leave our info. Management is unresponsive. Also, lots of crime happening now inside the building. Thefts, assaults, smoking, non-residents everywhere. Good job Chadwick. Worst I’ve ever seen the building.     During the 5 months that I have lived at the Chadwick my experience has been okay… the leasing office seems to generally just be inexperienced and lack communication and work ethic. There is always a line out of the door at the leasing office because the staff moves so slowly and it seems that they are under staffed. The mail room is always filthy and filled with open boxes just left by residents. The residents alone are another story. They can be so loud and dirty I don’t understand how adults ...
    can be so disgusting! My experience here has been just okay. My space is fine although the positions of the overhead lights and outlets are very questionable and do not make a lot of sense. I’ll make the best of the remainder of my lease.

    The Chadwick is a joke of a community. So many amenities but nothing ever works. Laundry rooms always are broken with maybe only 3 washers that work for over 50 people to share. Don’t even get me started on the dryers. The elevators never work. Leaving me to carry my infant and a stroller up and down the stairs. I don’t even want to know how ADA tenants move around here. The community is a smoke free community but there is cigarette and marijuana smell everywhere. Even in the pools in from of the ...
    leasing office. Right under the nose of the people who should be enforcing rules. The security guards are pretty useless as well, as they don’t even know the rules or regulations either. They do a pretty bad job also. As I always see broken glass bottles and cigarettes butts in the children’s play area as well in the basket ball courts. This place should be targeted to party people in the young years who don’t mind appliances not getting fixed in any urgent matter, A leasing department who doesn’t care about anything unless it’s getting their rent on time, and a roach infested apartment.

    The apartments themselves are nice but the surroundings need to be worked on and addressed. after being told there was security and people to be around at night but not seeing a single one, it would provide a lot of peace of mind if there was more security to feel safe at night. They need more enforcement in the common areas, people shouldn’t be able to be in the pool or just outside by the gates late at night. The cleanliness of the common areas and around the apartment need to be addressed ...

There has been an ongoing pest control issue, stray cats, unauthorized vehicles parked wherever whenever, poor sanitation, severely poor sanitation in spa areas/pool, trespassers at night, and lack of security. After dark when offices are closed there isn’t really much sense of security in this community. It looks beautiful at first glance but it’s a façade

    Roaches, clogged sinks, hot water that lasts for 10 minutes, high fee’s, my balcony is currently covered in plastic and no one gave us a heads up! Richard in the office is the most unprofessional, unhelpful person I’ve ever met and should not be the person who greets anyone at the front desk.
