My bathtub drain was severely clogged and water was overflowing all over the bathroom. However unlikely I expected, our maintenance team fixed the troubled drain in no time so quickly. Unbelievable! Thanks to the well organized and efficient our new management’s work flow handling strategy , my dire situation was resolved so quickly. The Chadwick is a diverse community situated near K-Town. Once you’re in the Chadwick, you feel like you’ve stepped away from the busy K-Town area and noise. The area is secured with smart entry and amenities are great! I’ve loved using the pool and gym and look forward to the small soccer field and full basketball court. Being pet friendly and having assigned parking is major plus! Ask for Savannah as your leasing agent, she’s the best!

Cockroach city!! This place claims to be “luxury” online but it’s just facade. The community amenities often don’t work or are dirty. The office staff are unhelpful. Plumping is a joke. Honestly wish I had done more research before moving here.

The maintenance team is what of the very few great things that this place has. Security isn't great, there are people trespassing every day, people walking their dogs without a leash all the time, there are roaches everywhere, people smoking all the time around the pool areas and pretty much everywhere.

We also understand and take seriously the concerns you’ve raised regarding security, community rule enforcement, and pest control. Our team has been actively implementing several community-wide improvements, including enhanced patrol coverage, continued access control and camera system upgrades, and increased enforcement of community policies related to leash requirements and designated smoking restrictions.
