February 18, 2023I've lived in two units in this complex, a one bedroom and a two bedroom. The management has been responsive and cultivates a community one would want to live in long term. The property itself is mature, it needs some upgrades and is showing its age a little. But there is no property like it right on the River Parks especially at this price. I've read at the little gazebo in thunderstorms, I've lit a fire in my fireplace.
