The amenities are fantastic, especially the rooftop, gym, and common areas, and the location is hard to beat with so much within walking distance. The staff has been welcoming and professional, and the overall atmosphere feels safe, comfortable, and upscale. After moving in, it genuinely feels like home. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here!

      I have lived in West Hollywood over 30 years. When looking for a new residence to move to I was hoping to find a place that captured the charm & style of West Hollywood but wanted a more modern living experience. I’ve compared the Charlie to some of the other new buildings going up around West Hollywood. But none of them capture my imagination like the Charlie. It just seems to fit rite with the changing times of this City I’ve called home for more then half my life. Well done :)

      The Charlie is very well managed building with high standards and a very nice community. Its a great place to live ! Hannah the manager is on top of things, maintenance is prompt and professional. The gentleman that cleans does an amazing job. The way the building was built ( concrete ) , it really is very well insulated and you never hear noise from neighbors or barely citysounds. I am quite happy here !
