The Citizen truly delivers modern, luxury living in the heart of Salt Lake City. The apartments are stylish and thoughtfully designed, with premium finishes, spacious layouts, high ceilings, and beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows that make the space feel open, calm, and connected to the city.
The resort-style amenities are a major part of what makes this community stand out. The pool and hot tub, rooftop lounge with city views, fitness center, resident spaces, and outdoor gathering areas create ...
a setting that feels both elevated and comfortable.
The location is hard to beat. Being close to downtown dining, culture, entertainment, and everyday conveniences makes life here feel more connected and accessible.
For me, though, what makes a place feel like home goes beyond the building itself. It is the feeling of being able to come back at the end of the day, exhale, reset, and feel grounded. The Citizen has given me that. It has been a place where I have been able to reflect, rebuild, and move forward during an important chapter of my life.
The leasing and management team have also made a meaningful difference. They have been kind, professional, responsive, and willing to communicate when questions come up. That level of care matters more than people sometimes realize, especially when life is changing and stability is important.
The Citizen has been more than just an apartment to me. It has been a space where I have felt safe, inspired, and connected to the rhythm of the city while still having a place of peace to return to.
I am genuinely grateful for my experience here and appreciate the work the team puts into making this community feel welcoming, modern, and thoughtfully cared for.

Have lived here over a year now and love the area so much. Walkable to park and downtown and grocery stores across the street. Amenities are nice and the place is kept fairly clean. All of the staff is great and maintenance responds quick.
