July 1, 2025the community is okay to live in could be better and or has potential to be good, first professionalism and communication from the leasing office would be an added value at this time the leasing office hasn't met the par that it should in regards to its tenants, parking could be assisted in a better way, and the gate is open at all times with no updates on when it will be fixed or will it ever be fixed. to sum it up in one word you get what you pay for here. We have moved in but the service ...request process is convoluted and we havent got the necessary services in.Property Manager Responded

June 2, 2025The facilities are great. The aftercare however is horrendous. Nobody knows what they are talking about. It is a skill issue, so that I could get over. Everyone is having problems hiring staff. However, your saving grace was that there was still a level of respect so that I was able to forget and forgive. A simple call, hey did everything work out? Worst decision ever
February 25, 2025In order to park your car near your building you have to pay 50 dollars additional monthly. Tenants leave trash whenever where ever no one is held accountable for trashing the property. It’s dog poop all over the grass. The so called poorly made dog park is disgusting as well. Peaceful .
January 25, 2025I have been staying here for months and I love it . It’s a quiet community and the management does a great job communicating with any updates and changes going on in the community . Maintenance is quick with requests as well, the do a good job keeping the grounds clean. Only downsides for me are the deliveries and the cracks . I guess since it’s a new build then deliveries are a little hectic and maintenance said the building is still settling so there are cracks in the walls. Also the interior ...doors still and do not close all the way because of the that. But overall 10/10 property and apartment .Property Manager Responded
