I saw the reviews about cats and yes this place is overrun with cats and cat urine, but the maintenance and management are by far worse. You will be without ac for extended periods (half the month) and management will be condescending all the while. If you work from home, expect lots of days with no water because it’s always being worked on. If you value your car, don’t move here. It WILL be towed at least once to welcome you to the tune of at least $234. Don’t have friends visit ...
unexpectedly or their car will be towed as well. You literally have to register them online. This place is just miserable with all the problems I’ve had. My neighbors all have the same stories so do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Where can I start , I came to check my apartment 2 weeks before my move in day. It needed a lot of work witch they said they would have it done by the time . The day I moved in they gave me paper work to report everything that was wrong with the apartment so that they could fix . It’s been almost 5 months since I moved in and 2 things have been done out of a long list I’ve called over and over but maintenance doesn’t do anything . Always saying there busy but yet they have time to be chatting ? ...

Looks can be deceiving. It's quiet and all. However, there are cats just EVERYWHERE. I mean everywhere. I'm allergic to cats. They butter you up when you are looking for an apartment, but don't tell you the real deal until after you sign the lease. If i had known about the cats I would have NEVER moved here. The parking is horrible, maintenance is horrible, the apartments are old and slowly breaking down and they have lots of spiders. I wasn't informed about tenants having to pay for water until ...
after I'm ready to sign. I think that's something that should be disclosed before hand. They have new management now so I'll see if anything changes. I highly doubt it though cause I've called them on a problem several times before it actually got done. Then I have another problem and it's taken them forever to take care of that one.
