Uncomfortable

The staff are very helpful, but these apartments aren’t what I expected. Parking is mostly uncovered, with some parking stalls for extra.
The apartments are on the smaller end, with uncomfortable balconies, HVAC put in inconvenient spots, and the bedrooms aren’t the same. You have one closet you can’t hang anything in, a tubless bathroom, yet a larger bedroom.
There were bugs absolutely everywhere.

It is disappointing to hear that you are uncomfortable in your home. Every apartment at The Club at Brookfield Hills Apartments includes a bathtub in at least 1 of the bathrooms. We are also transparent with what our community has to offer our residents. In person tours, virtual tours, videos and photos are all provided online and by our knowledgeable onsite leasing team that strives to help you find the perfect apartment. Great Location - Dated Apartments (Terraces)

The apartments are located in a safe area and the neighbors are super friendly. The staff at the club are very responsive and eager to help. The apartments might have been considered luxury apartments 50 years ago; though they are still nice, the apartments are extremely dated and feature paper thin walls (multiple large fans are recommended). Nonetheless, the club has a golf course close by with a friendly staff.

We hope that you have enjoyed the amenities and the golf experience at the Club at Brookfield Hills. Regarding the age of the units, we do offer 3 sections of the community, built in 3 different periods, for a range of options. We are in the process of lighting upgrades along with flooring if needed. Also, we are fast growing in Brookfield. Along the backside of the golf course we are building a brand new property called the Linx Club and will be ready for occupancy later this year! Thank you again for you kind words!

We recently moved to Brookfield and have loved our experience! Besides the awesome pool and fun community, it is super dog friendly. Our puppy Kylo loves his new home and meeting all the other well mannered pets! Bonus of living here is the golf perks for a challenging par 3 the community sits on. Great course with super friendly staff. Couldn't have been happier with our choice of where to live!

I have lived at The Club at Brookfield Hills since 2012 and have loved every year of it. It is a relaxing community with neighbors who easily engage with you no matter if you've known them 6 years or 6 seconds. The Maintenance team is top notch and always friendly to fix whichever area needs the repair. The time between a request and service is always short, which is refreshing compared to other places I have lived at prior.
They also have a nice gym, with both a cardio station and weight ...
lifting station. In the Summer, it's nicely air conditioned and has a pool table for the times you want to just hang out with family friends. In addition, a pool that is always clean and maintained daily. It's a nice area, especially during these Summer months, to listen to some music, read a book, etc. while also jumping into the pool to cool off.
The friendly staff also meets each request and makes you feel welcomed and not intrusive. Along with this, there is an area inside called The Clubhouse where one can study, watch TV, or event rent it for a night to host parties and gatherings.
I highly recommend!
