April 1, 2025I lived in this dump for three miserable years. It’s an absolute nightmare. Bird poop covers everything—good luck trying to keep your car clean because you’ll be scraping it off constantly. The maintenance is beyond pathetic; expect to wait at least 10 days for even the simplest repairs. The apartments are ancient, falling apart, and run by an utterly incompetent management team. The moment you mention moving out, they jack up charges out of pure spite—probably because no one actually wants to ...live in this hellhole anymore. Management is trying hard to get paid positive reviews because I have made some friends while I am here and none of them are happy!! They even had the audacity to double-charge my deposit. Worst front office staff

Go somewhere else - rude front office and kids are not liked here.
July 9, 2021Do not ever move here, the front office is not on your side as a resident. They are just there for a check. I have been complaining about my ac not working for months now and put maintenance requests in and they don't fix it. The pool hours are open till 10pm and can't make noise after 6pm....everyone calls into the security line and complains. The security came at 9:30 telling us to get out of pool and then came back at 9:45 and looked at the kids in pool and told them pool is closed yall need ...to get out to my kids. That was rude, tell the parents and don't talk to my kids. We still had 15 minutes. Definitely not a place with people who have kids. I get yelled at by a neighbor almost everyday just walking up with my kids at 6pm to go inside our apartment. I have lived here a year and have had no complaints and now have lease violations a month before move out. I had got some new neighbors that smoke weed. There security officers pinned it on me doing it. They gave me a ticket for violating lease terms even though that wasn't ever me or any of my guests. I talked to front office and they said their security officer stated that and that will stay in my files. I told them do a drug test on me and that I have kids and I don't do that kind of stuff. So they don't believe or trust you as residents. Whatever the security officer says that's what had happened. They aren't ever on your side as residents.....horrible service all around!! Beautiful & spacious
January 24, 2020Our family absolutely Loves living here!! our apartment is beautiful & spacious. There is an extra grass area by the pool that allows our family to play laser tag, & roll down the hills, most apartments you have to leave to have outdoor family fun. Walking into the office is like seeing old friends because the staff is so sweet. We love all the community events that are in the club house! we will definitely call this home for years to come!Review from Apartments.com
Trash everywhere
November 7, 2019They really can't control the trash. They have mountains of trash for weeks all over the property. One of the girls in office is nice but the one with gray hair is rude and unprofessional. It's homely and the pool is great but the trash spoils everything. December 12, 2017From the moment I entered the leasing office I was extremely pleased, with the guest service. Alyssa was very personable and very friendly. After showing me the one bedroom apartments, I was sold. I immediately went home and completed the app online and was approved within 48 hours. Alyssa made the process very easy and anytime I had questions she was available to answer them. I have not moved in, yet. However, I am excited to become a resident and I hope my stay is as good as the service I have ...received thus far. I will be back to update my review once I have moved in. August 26, 2015Charming apartment homes, spacious, well maintained and great security system. Location is great in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded with restaurants and exquisite little shops good school district and right across the golf course. There are two large sparkling pools, dog park and 24 hour fitness center/Great place to live less than 30 minutes to downtown and 15 minutes away from DFW and Love Field airports.
