DISGUSTING UNSAFE AND UNINHABITABLE
December 23, 2020Do not waste your money here. I found 50 cockroaches during my 6 month stay. Loud music and alcohol and drug use in the parking lots every night. Fireworks. Gunshots. The worst experience I've ever had
November 11, 2017Only a couple months before our lease ended did they finally acknowledge that our air handler needed to be replaced after 2 years of living here, which was causing me terrible respiratory and allergy issues; the worst I've ever had anywhere. Upon moving out, they kept our entire deposit, and included that we owed them more money, despite the terrible conditions of which the apartment was in when we moved in, including mold. These people are crooks. THEY'VE TAKEN 10'S OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FROM ...US AND GIVEN US THE WORST TYPE OF SERVICE IN RETURN. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, AND THEY ARE JUST ANOTHER GREEDY CORPORATION THAT PUTS PROFITS OVER THE QUALITY THEY GIVE THEIR CUSTOMERS.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 3, 2015This is a average community, I don't like the fact that we have no amenities and rent is increasing. It is close to a community park and pool, and gym(at a cost) but in the community their isn't a nice play area and no amenities at all in the community.Review from Apartments.com
Berkshire reserve
August 12, 2015I will be looking for another place in a couple of months because within a 10 month. This place went up $600 it's hard to live in Naples Florida the rent is so high I am a single mother and I've been struggling for 10 years and I cannot believe the cost of living here this place needs to be very much so updated the stove was filthy when I moved in the toilets were working correctly and they are price gouging to me I don't know thank you Regina PagniReview from Apartments.com
