Built in 1929, the Codrey Building was built at the corner of 11th street and Detroit Ave. One of the most affordable places to live downtown in Tulsa this space is a little oasis from all of the giant buildings of downtown. Just far enough away from the noise, but close enough to all of Tulsa's nightlife that you can walk to your destinations. Access to every highway in Tulsa is within a minute. working very hard to keep the building up to date and alluring to new possible tenants. The Codrey Building also boasts one of the only green spaces in the highly developed downtown area. Laundry is inside on the bottom floor (Washer $1/Dryer .75) and the only bill you pay for is electricity, we're very smart about our usage and our bill averages around $60 a month. Also a huge plus is that a daylight donuts is across the street, and who doesn't love donuts!?
