Maggots and Oder smells in hallways

The collective is not a clean place. Stains in carpets, maggots coming from trash chute into people’s apartments, and how they handle the issues. They blame issues in resident other than playing people to keep up maintence. They have carpet in hallways which they only cleaned 2 since I’ve been here over 2 years.. I’m moving out due to the trash chute cause the hallways to smell and maggots in hallways due to the issue. Comment this is your last resolve due to the price is high but low quality

Everything has been wonderful so far...Ive only been here for 1month so may be too early too tell. The residents that I have come across have been friendly. The leasing agents have been very friendly and responsive to my concerns. Love the location being that we are in the Noda. My neighbors on my floor are pretty quiet too....definitely a plus!

The office is always empty, it's almost impossible to get a hold of anyone to help you out. This place seems like it would be wonderful but once you live here longer than a month you will regret it.

I am new to Charlotte and I moved to the Collective almost a month ago and the experience has been nothing short of amazing! The staff is friendly. The building is always impeccable. Maintenance is very professional and responds quickly!
