Horrible, recently switched units and they dont tell you that most of the units are extremely outdated and in disrepair, dont expect it to look anything like the house they show you, all the appliances are much worse, and they cant even manage to use the same blinds, some are cheap plastic others look 5 years old and yellow and others are fake white wood, not to meantion that when repairing walls they do a bad job and dont even use the same color paint.

Do not move here, iv been here for over a year, everything breaks, house looks nothing like show house, amenities are old and they just keep doing bandaid fixes on things that need replacing, in adition to this everything is outdated and done very poorly, last place was the collective which was rhe same and suprise suprise they are owned by the same people... go somewhere else.

House Pretty good but the screw came out of a cabinet one of our doors doesn’t even work, bunch of paint stains in the main living room and some stains in the rooms before I came in.

none of the amenities are open and they keep changing the opening date and the utilities have increased. It is a decent place to live for a college student but paying full price for not amenities is annoying

Nice and spacious, good place. I like the space my room has and the community spaces. Rent is a bit steep but not terrible for the space I have.

It’s a very nice place to live but spending all of this money on living here for the year that I have been here, has not been with it because I have not been able to use any of the amenities I was promised. Everything still under renovation and construction after a year

The location is good, and Management is a lot better than it used to be. But for the price, they should be offering WAY more than they do. Lived here for 3 years and the main office has been closed almost half the time I have been here
