The Collins Charlotte
September 12, 2025This place is amazing. The staff’s customer service was outstanding. Everyone was warming and welcoming when I arrived. The amenities are state of the art and the homes are modernized and spacious.The grounds are well kept and the neighborhood is beautiful. The location couldn’t have been better being that it’s 15 -20 minutes from pretty much anywhere in Charlotte. Many dining and shopping options within walking distance. THE BEST Staff you will encounter!
June 20, 2024I have been a resident for six months and I tell the staff all the time “you guys are the best”. Life literally slapped me in the face when my grandfather got sick and eventually passed away. I was left with a whole lot more responsibilities than intended and the understanding from that office was impeccable. Grace they never had to extend but did. The apartment complex is well kept. Staff is friendly (I do mean every single staff I have encountered in that office). The events every month is well ...thought out and the community actually participates. Amazing Staff!
September 29, 2023I have been at The Collins since 2021 and I have to say that Julia and her team have made this place great! Sabrina puts on the best resident events and you can tell she puts her whole heart into them! Ostynn and Chris at the front are always so helpful. And the maintenance team is amazing too! Junior and Brian are so quick to get our requests taken care of and the newest tech Anderson has made my breezeways look so much nicer! Such a great place to live!Property Manager Responded
